Pending (a deposit has been received but no contract is in place--deposit
owner has 10 days to make final payment after another potential buyer
offers to pay the full price for that week). You can pick to reserve
any off season week at no additional charge (except for a $1,500 launch
fee to bring the boat out of off-season storage--mid winter off-season
weeks will require and additional re-winterization fee of $500). We
typically find that only about 1-2 of the off-season weeks are used
each year so it really is quite easy to pick up an extra week or two.
