All additional weeks are on a first come, first serve basis each year at "no charge" (except launch and retrieve fees of $1,500.00)  or you can purchase a guaranteed and dedicated secondary week for an additional fee  (call for details).

You may be wondering why some weeks cost less than others. The answer is quite simple, the higher priced weeks are the weeks where the weather is hotter and the water is warmer (see Lake Powell average and current weather information). However some people prefer the late spring and early fall where the weather is already in the 80’s and 90’s and the number of people on the lake is 10% of what it is during June, July, and August.

Typically the June-August months are in higher demand thus they bring a higher membership fee where on the other hand you get the same great boat and the same great Lake Powell scenery for half the price if you choose the early spring and late fall.
